9xchat Terms of Service

1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using 9xchat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2License Grant

  • 9xchat is licensed, not sold
  • You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app
  • One UID allows activation on up to 3 devices simultaneously
  • License is for personal and commercial use

3Account & Credits

  • No email or personal information required to create UID
  • Credits are pay-as-you-go, non-subscription based
  • Credits don't expire but are non-transferable
  • Lost UIDs cannot be recovered (keep them safe)

4Acceptable Use

You may:

  • Use the app for personal or commercial purposes
  • Connect your own API keys
  • Use local models offline
  • Import/export chat data

You may not:

  • Share, sell, or distribute your UID
  • Reverse engineer or modify the app
  • Use the app for illegal activities
  • Attempt to bypass credit system

5Refund Policy

  • 3-day refund window from purchase date
  • Refunds only for unused credits
  • No refunds after 3 days
  • Refund requests: [email protected]

6Privacy & Data

  • We don't collect personal data
  • Chat data stays on your device
  • API communications go directly to providers
  • No tracking, no ads, no data selling

7Third-Party Services

  • You're responsible for your own API keys
  • We're not liable for third-party AI services
  • Their terms apply when using their APIs
  • Local models (Ollama) have separate licenses

8Disclaimers

  • App provided “as is” without warranties
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service
  • Not responsible for AI-generated content
  • You're responsible for backing up chat data

9Limitation of Liability

123sudo's total liability won't exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10Updates & Changes

  • We may update the app and these terms
  • Continued use means acceptance of changes
  • Major changes will be announced in-app
  • You can keep using your current version

11Termination

  • You can stop using the app anytime
  • We can terminate for terms violations
  • Credits remain valid unless terminated for violation
  • Export your data before uninstalling

12Age Requirement

Must be 13+ to use 9xchat. Under 18 requires parental consent.

13Governing Law

These terms are governed by India laws, excluding conflict of law provisions.
